Shipping and Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, except weekends or public holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

To ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible, we kindly request that any cancellations be made before the shipment of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations.

Shipping Method and Shipping Rates

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your preferences. During the checkout process, you can choose from economy, standard, or express shipping options based on your location and delivery timeline.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. All the U.S. orders are shipped via USPS from New York. You can review shipping rates before completing your purchase.

• Free standard shipping for orders over $50.00 (3-7 Business days)
• $4.90 for Economy shipping (3-7 Business days)
• $6.90 for Standard shipping (2-4 Business days)
• $25.99 for Express shipping (1-2 Business days) 

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control. 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, please contact the courier or select a secure delivery address.
