Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, please contact the courier or select a secure delivery address.
