Refund policy
At CASSIROLA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return, refund, and exchange policy.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cassirola.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@cassirola.com within the 30-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: 833 56th Street, #101, Brooklyn, NY 11220.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging our products, but in the rare event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@cassirola.com so that we can assist you promptly.
CASSIROLA reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the outlined conditions.
